After-sales technical support may include product setup guidance, troubleshooting assistance, operating information, and application support depending on the project. Customers should provide the amplifier model, issue description, system configuration, and relevant photos or videos when requesting technical assistance.
Amplifier overheating may be caused by blocked ventilation, high ambient temperature, incorrect speaker impedance, excessive output levels, dust accumulation, or cooling system problems. Check the installation environment, speaker load, air vents, and cooling fans before continued operation.
Protection mode may be triggered by overheating, short circuits, incorrect speaker load, abnormal current, DC output, or other unsafe operating conditions. Disconnect the speaker load, inspect the wiring and ventilation, and check whether the connected impedance meets the amplifier specifications.
Check for short circuits in speaker wiring.
Ensure adequate cooling and reduce volume.
Reset the amplifier after addressing the issue.
